Submit a request for deletion of your Trolley account and associated data. This form does not delete an account or prove ownership.
Steps
- Enter the phone number used for your Trolley account.
- Submit the request.
- We verify ownership using the registered account. No deletion occurs before verification.
- After verification, your account deletion request will be processed within 30 days.
Data deleted
- Trolley account/profile
- Phone number and login credentials/tokens
- Profile image URL; provider-hosted profile images are handled during verified manual processing
- Push notification token
- Personal list membership data
- Shopping lists created by you and list items added by you
Data that may be kept
- Aggregated analytics, crash logs, and diagnostics that no longer identify you
- Limited records where retention is required for legal or security reasons
Retention
Verified requests are processed within 30 days. Backup and provider copies follow their configured retention schedules.
